The Conversation - Editor Visit

Bournemouth University has a partnership with The Conversation, a media outlet where news is written by academics. The partnership allows BU academics to write stories about their own research and areas of expertise by way of promotion and to increase the likelihood of impact. Articles can get thousands of reads by members of the public, and are often republished in national media outlets.

An editor from The Conversation will be visiting Bournemouth University to deliver training on how to write for The Conversation and how The Conversation can help you to get your research out to thousands of people.

From 10.30-12pm the editor will be giving an overview of The Conversation, and answering questions. In the afternoon, the editor will be available for one-to-one appointments for any academics wishing to discuss an article idea or receive more bespoke training.
